To complement its wear resistant, nickel-based hardsurfacing coating alloys and nickel brazing filler metals, Wall Colmonoy has developed, produces and supports three basic coating application systems: Spraywelder™, Fusewelder® and NicroSpray – part of the Wall Colmonoy Thermal Spray Equipment & Brazing Applicator Systems family

Spraywelder™

The Wall Colmonoy Spraywelder system offers tight spray patterns and high spray rates to produce dense, low-porosity overlays. The model J-3 is the culmination of more than 50 years of technical innovation following our invention of the first thermal spray gun.

Fusewelder®

The Fusewelder torch is a uniquely designed oxyacetylene torch for quickly and easily performing hard-surfacing and build-up jobs. With one integrated system, it preheats the base metal, sprays powdered alloy, and fuses molten particles to the work piece.

NicroSpray®

The NicroSpray system was specifically developed for applying Nicrobraz filler metal powders and Nicrocoat® alloys. Nicrocoat alloys are nickel-chromium alloys which create a stainless coating over carbon and alloy steels or other easily oxidized metal surfaces.
