One of the major characteristics of the Wall Colmonoy range of alloys is the extended life over traditional materials as a result of their specially formulated metallurgical properties. Subsequently these alloys are more difficult to machine and grind than steel; in many instances specialized machining tools, equipment, processing parameters, and experience are required to machine the alloys to the exacting tolerances.
To meet specific industry demands for (homogenizer spares) and Bushes for Galvanising spares, specific manufacturing cells have been set up to ensure a fast turnaround of all major customers.
