Nicrobraz brazing filler metals & accessories

Wall Colmonoy pioneered high temperature brazing and has been the industry leader for more than 50 years. Wall Colmonoy offer a comprehensive range of products and engineering advice on this important technique.

Nicrobraz brazing filler metal as clean spherical atomized powders

Different powder screen range sizes are supplied (e.g. 106-38 μ, 53-38 μ etc.). International and proprietary specifications met  (e.g. AWS, AMS, GE, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney) (ask for data sheet 2.1.1.).

Nicrobraz "S" Alloy

Atomized powder mixed with gel to facilitate applications supplied in cartridges, syringes and bulk.

Different viscosities available (ask for data sheet 2.2.4).

Water and organic base available.

Nicrobraz Stop-Off

Designed to prevent braze filler metal flow where it is not wanted. Also used as a parting compound (ask for datasheet 2.2.1).

Nicrobraz Cements

Designed for mixing with Nicrobraz brazing filler metals to facilitate applications.  A range of viscosities is available. Water or organic base available (ask for data sheet 2.2.2.2).

Nicrobraz Transfer Tapes

Self adhesive tapes with a thin layer of brazing powder accurately distributed on one side. An ideal method to apply controlled amounts of brazing filler metal (ask for data sheets 2.1.60 or 2.1.65).

Application equipment

NicroSpray gun (for Spray application, ask for data sheets 2.1.15), Nicrobraz "S" Alloy applicator (for "S" Alloy applications).

Nicroblast Grit

Used to prepare metal surfaces to improve filler metal flow. Ask for data sheet 2.1.80.

Nicrogap Alloys

Used to assist brazing filler metals to fill large gaps. Ask for data sheet 2.1.90.
