For more information please contact us.
Wallex 21 or Wallex 6 are the preferred alloys dependant on the blank size being cut
Bar Mills
- Diablo Rolls
Wallex 6 or Wallex 12 are used for smaller Diablo rolls (<75mm diameter)
Wallex Bushings for Galvanising Lines
The process of continuous hot-dip galvanising of steel strip puts a high demand on the hardwear used in terms of the need for corrosion and wear resistance. The use of Wallex® bushes and sleeves on the roll journals and support arms helps to significantly increase the life of the pot gear, up to 4-5 times compared to unprotected gear.
Wall Colmonoy can supply all wear components required for the sink oils, stabilising rolls and support arms of the major rig designs currently being used. Depending on customer requirements parts can be delivered on an ex-stock basis or to pre-agreed delivery schedules.
